Good afternoon ladies!! After waking up to my cycle I was not feeling this work out!! But a replay of Fabis work out plus an extra 30 min strength training and ya girl feels great!!

For the ladies who use meal tracking apps etc can you guys recommend me some free ones?

Start with beginner friendly and 30 min classes after a while those will be like nothing to you! I hope you love it here same way I do! Going on 3 years! And this program helped me loose 55lbs! 🤍

Ya girls been in a weird funk and fighting to not fall into a depression! I’ve been making myself go on walks, runs and exercise even when I don’t want to! I refuse to let this get to me! So this LYC CHALLANGE is coming exactly when I need it! Not to mention my bday is April 30th so it’s motivation to look great for my 31st!!!

Did this work out after a full body hiit/booty blaster with fabi and added weights to it! I’m feeling strong today! Pushed myself and used my 15lbr today!

Literally working out 5 days a week and a 80/20 diet! Because a girl loves to eat 😔 but if I gave myself the liberty to have my burger, my tacos etc then I’d eat clean the next few days as well as I learned to substitute things in my meals and I have found substitutions that I now love and just became habits, it really is about getting up and moving and changing habits! Ya girl runs now too!
