I hate to be negative because I absolutely love this community and the coaches, but I am not a fan of the hour long classes. It also doesn't look like much upper body so far either. Even after Fabi posted a tutorial on how the 1 hour class is broken up, it's not easy to look up targeted areas. I hope the class structure goes back to the way it was before... I'll keep trying it though and TIA for any consideration.

Hope all is well. I havenβt been on here since November π«£but donβt hurt me now. I got a new position at work and my work schedule change. I been trying my best to find a way to incorporate my workout routine and get my eating habits under control. So far I gain few extra pounds. Iβm pumping myself up, I need to start with these workouts. I need it, and my big motivation is my daughter senior Prom and Senior graduation,they are all creeping up. π« I miss working out with you all. The app has couple of stuff that are new, is gonna take some used it. But on another note !Lets get it, But wait Iβm not even READY!!!! π«π
Question ππΌββοΈβ¦ Iβm doing the thick & fit challenge is that enough? Or do I need to do more work outs with the challenge?

I need your help and motivation. Maybe even someone to keep me accountable. I've been subscribed to Queen Warriors since around the beginning. I remember during Covid I purchased the full year but only did it for about a month. I continued to purchase the full year every year after that and have yet to be active. I just purchased another full year and I'm ready to get fit. I have 4 kids ages 12, 8, 2 and a one month old. I'm ready to get my body and mind together. Hi Queens!
Iβve missed you all, I had 2 of my best friends in town for a week! A vacation for them and a staycation for me. I gained my weight back but I know what I need to do to get back thanks to Queen Warriors.
I did workout but very little a 60 min yoga replay with Amiee β€οΈ jumped into the last 30 min of a Fabiana live β€οΈ and one of my best friends who is also a Queen Warriors and I watched one of Fabianaβs replay chats from her 12 week challenge. We loved it! We walked a lot for 7 days and did a lot of stairs but I ate so much I gained weight.
Today, am trying to eat healthy arugula with mustard, 1/2 a steamed potatoe, steamed carrots, feta cheese and edamame after a week of full indulgence π± πΊ π« πͺ π·..
We can get back ladies!!
