I was debating on posting this but I’m proud of the woman I’m becoming!!! 1st pic was Aug 2023 though my face was pretty, makeup done etc…Nothing in that picture showed I loved myself. I looked depressed, swollen and unhappy. I’m a great mom & wife and pour into them all day everyday but wasn’t pouring into me. To see my progress from then to now makes me so proud. 2nd pic I took of myself after the LYC3 challenge I had on no makeup but I saw the version of myself I’m trying to get too and it made me even more happy to know what work I’ve been putting into this version. Spiritually, physically and mentally and it makes my kids want to be more physical and do stuff outdoors. So don’t give up ladies!!! We got this!!! 💪🏽💕

Can I just say…I’m so happy to have found this community! I started this journey beginning of April. Fabiana’s walk on insta got me! I was like ummm ma’am, you been saying what you want and here’s your dang sign! I wasn’t consistent at all, have a trip planned to Brazil end of May! Shooting for my natual BBL 😂 Started a Daniel fast same time! I’ve completed it, cleansed my body mentally spiritually and physically!!! Clarity is power. This week I’ve decided to be intentional about my commitments! I’m so glad I did! 3 days this week and man do my glutes feel it! Can’t say I’ve felt this good in a while! Thanks you all of you beautiful ladies, your vulnerability and encouragement 🫶🏽

This is really hard for me to post. I was looking back at when I first joined QW in Aug 2023 until now; completing the most recent challenge….the biggest thing I noticed was how unhappy I looked in the first photo (Aug 2023) I was at an all time low. My life was falling apart…and I had completely lost myself for years… this community has helped me find me again, learn to love me for me and realize self-care/love is not selfishness. Looking at the comparison brought me to tears for that woman I didn’t give up on… and as an added bonus my body is changing for the better. Life is still hard but my mindset has changed. I am just getting started and I’m not stopping anytime soon. Progress not perfection… SO GRATEFUL to find Queen Warriors when I did. THANK YOU. 🙏🏽🫶🏽

Happy Wednesday !!! Gosh im amazed at how quickly time flies which is a reminder that we need to really get it together with our workouts and what we want the next quarters to look for us !
Time is flying and excuses are not pausing the time. We are have to take the plunge, bet on ourselves and remind ourselves that anything is possible AS LONG AS WE COMMIT AND WE SHOW UP .
With that being said I want to take a moment to congratulate our LYC- QW 3 method participants they totally crushed the 6 week challenge. I cannot wait to see all of the before and afters and too celebrate all of our participants and our WINNERS !!!

So after watching the nutritionist class on creatine, I started to observe what I might be doing wrong. I’m going to give creatine one more chance and lower the dosage. I drink plenty of fluids, never ever skip on carbs because like coach Yvonne would always say “carbs are fuil” so I think I might of been taking too much and will try a smaller dosage 🙂🦩
