Hey QW Fam! 👑💖

It’s been a while since I’ve shared on here, but I’m still showing up and putting in the work. Lately, I’ve been seeing so many people around me struggling with their health, and it reminded me how powerful this process really is.

So today… I’m taking a leap of faith 😬 I’m finally sharing my story on social media. I’m so grateful for this community and the support I’ve received here, and I’m choosing to step out of insecurity and celebrate how far I’ve come—with God and with all of you cheering me on.

I started eating healthier and know I have more bloating. Eating more protein, fruits and veggies.. Can anyone tell me why? Or how to reduce it? I do not eat dairy, well very selective because of lactose..

Hi Queens!👸 Unable to do the live tonight! My Body is yelling 🗣️at me to rest 🛌today! I feel like I am getting sick! 🤒It been almost 3 weeks since my return. Today is my first missed a workout! 🏋️‍♀️ 😔 Catch you on the replay! . Steps are 12k today after running at work! 🩺👩‍⚕️Have 🤩 fun! . I know you will!!
