Happy Saturday 👑s I had an off day today. I spent the day with my daughter went to the city. I definitely got my steps in today 11,079.

Today I went to the gym to do my workout (sometimes I need to, it motivates me) my gym has a different section for just women (which I love btw) and let me tell you guys while I was lifting my weights going in this morning all the girls were looking at me like okkkkk look at her lift lol. I’m not gonna lie it felt good! I felt good! (I’m gonna say that again) I felt good!!!!! 💪🏼

Hello everyone! I wanted to jump in and introduce myself. I’m Jasmine… just had my 2nd baby and needed to get back into loving myself and self care because I can get lost in taking care of everyone else except me….so hear I am, ready to hold myself accountable for the things I want for myself. I’ll be going slow, but slow progress is better than no progress!

-1/4 cup of oatmeal

-2 eggs

-3 tablespoons of egg whites

-1 scoop of protein (I suggest vanilla but I ran out but this is what my boyfriend had lol)

-1 banana (sorry I forgot to put it in the picture lol)

Mix together & you have high protein pancakes

-49.1 grams of protein just for breakfast

Hi everyone! I’m new here and wanted to introduce myself. I’m Cindy. I’m here to find myself again. After living in autopilot since many death’s in my family, I feel… not worthless really…kinda abandoned…still doesn’t express clearly, but just blah…not caring. Towards myself ya know. I need to get back to living. I want to enjoy life and not just wait for the day I stop breathing. I need to keep my body going. Anyway, I’m looking forward to being here. I know this is going to be a turn. I’m truly a happy and cheerful person. I’m just tired of hiding.

I came on here to say the upper arm workout I did with LYC wk2 esp 2 with Fabi has me at work sore as ever lol I’m not complaining I love it! More upper body like that please! 💪🏽 I want strong arms baby!!!
