I am a mommy of 2 toddlers. My son is 3 going on 4 and my daughter just turned 2. I work full time and travel 4 hours out of my day to just make it to daycare / work and than daycare / home. I am overly exhausted and was reminded of Queen Warriors honestly when I was charged my annual fee lol … I bought it last year and told my bestie at work that versus having lunch during lunch let’s work out fo lunch using the Queen Warrior videos for beginners. We are 2 weeks in and man we both love it! We started with 2 days out the week to get a momentum going and we are pushing for 3 weeks..

Thank you Queen Warriors for the annual fee reminder lol which pushed me to get my self together and get healthy again after having these babies lol

I truly love this allot and have shared with mom and sister to join !

Soooo yesterday I decided to go try on my old jeans that are size 8 and man they fit better than before on me!!!! Im now 174lbs. I’m so happy that that I started this journey in January and I have lost my weight and I’m feeling good.

However for whatever reason it can be due to my knee injury and arthritis but these past couple of days I have been experiencing some fluid retention in my legs. I also sit for 8 hours for work. When I’m home on weekends I don’t really see that. I’m looking into a desk elliptical for work to control the fluid retention. Any other recommendations will be great🫶🏽.

But all in all truly grateful for everything. I will always look at my cup full instead of empty.

Not to put my business on here but life has been lifing lol seriously though too much is going on at once and I keep trying to push positive towards my goals no matter what is going on and this program has been the only thing keeping me sane the challenge is pushing me to finish my workouts measure my food & gives me something to look forward to ❤️

Ladies I’ll be back November 😔 Doctor said no working out at all only Prego YOGA because I’m to high risk I love yall lol I’ll still be following meal recipes and our motivational speeches 💕🥺

Hi Queens!!!! So rewind! Remember when I said my body feels run down! Well it was! I was admitted to the hospital with a kidney stone size 8mm! I have about 6-12 weeks of recovery because I have 2 more procedures to go after the one they did today! Please listen to your bodies! Take care of yourself! I will return once I am fully cleared from all surgeries and plan of care!! How ever I will do my affirmation, the other classes available! Can’t stop!! Won’t stop!! My healing path ❤️‍🩹 & healthy lifestyle!! ❤️🌹🥰🙏🏼👑👑

Are there any morning live workouts? I always see the 7:30pm one but I loved a little early workout session to get my blood pumping. It’s different when you catch a live session.

Hi everyone! I’m new to Queen Warriors and last week I hurt my lower back doing the intermediate HITT replay last week. Took a rest and recovered and did one of the beginner HIIT replays just now and I feel great! I’ll keep doing beginner workouts until I build my strength and level to intermediate. Wish me luck!
