It is with a very heavy heart that we share the unexpected passing of our fellow Queen Warrior, Engelys.
This news has deeply impacted us. I had just spoken with her on May 7, and she shared how much she was enjoying the program and being part of this community. Knowing that makes this loss even harder to process.
Today we take a moment to honor her life, her presence, and the time she spent with us here inside Queen Warriors.
Please keep Engelys’ family, loved ones, and everyone affected by this loss in your prayers during this incredibly difficult time. Life is so precious, and moments like this remind us to hold our loved ones close and continue showing love to one another every chance we get.
May God cover her family with peace, comfort, and strength.

Started this new job and kinda fell off for a week. I need to get back in 😫. I use to be stay-at-home-mom for years. Recently started to wake up 4:30am for training. But now back to 9am - 5pm. With 2 small kids. How do you prioritize after a tiring day of work? I need some motivation queens. (I’m still conscious about eating healthy even tho I fell off.)
My second time working out with Aimee. This workout left my legs and cheecks shaking! lol
I always miss the live workouts but I may try to catch Aimee live one of these days. 🏋🏾♀️
Hey Queens! New here! I had went from 235 to 192 but around the holidays completely let myself go. Got lost between work, being a mom, moving and struggling with anxiety. But here I am. Day one of eating clean and went to the gym. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, was about to do 1.5 miles. Then did some leg presses. I feel good I moved my body! I switched to working from home and it’s been a challenge to get myself out and moving. Any tips or advice to keep showing up daily? I’m horrible with being consistent 🥺
Run a 1 mile the other day! First mile in ages girl let me tell you! I made it through and did better then I expected but I was so sore for days. I’m like damn I workout everyday and I’m this sore! 😳😳🤣🤣 Going to start running more often now!
