Good morning ๐ŸŒ…

The arm portion of this workout was FIREEE ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿ”ฅ Definitely a favorite!

For the skull crushers, I used my 25lb plate. Felt the SQUUUEZE in my core ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿ”ฅ

For the standing crunches, I held the 10lb dumbbells in both hands.

Those DIPPPS ; UNACCEPTABLE ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ my upper body is definitely my weaker point so I definitely did a hard 5 dips before I took a break and got back to it.. my arms are on ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Hi ladies. This is my lunch today. I have been working out none stop, and my body is sore. Am trying to feed it as much as I can, being a mother of 3 beautiful children and managing the house chores and school runs and still looking after myself is not for the weak๐Ÿคฃ. As long as you have God in your life, anything is possible. Have a bless day queens.
