Happy Friyay, queens! I missed Wednesday and Friday this week because I’ve started going back to the gym. I’ve always listened to my body, but after chemotherapy, I’ve learned to listen to her even more. Today, I’ll be doing one of the replays instead. Woo baby this workout was not knee friendly πŸ˜†

I had to modify in a few places

Curtsy --> standing knee crunch

Squat --> did a small step back and a small squat

Lunge --> I did a small lunge

Wood chippers -- I did them standing up.

I accidentally hit finished so I have two workouts

Any who work out #2 for week 4 down in the books πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻
