🔥 SUMMER SHRED WEEK 2 IS HERE! 🔥

Good morning, Queens!

Today is a new week, a fresh start, and another opportunity to become the woman you said you wanted to be.

Week 1 is behind us. Some of you crushed every workout. Some of you got started. Some of you learned where you need to improve. Wherever you are, leave the guilt, excuses, and missed opportunities behind. They do not belong in Week 2.

This week, focus on showing up. Not being perfect. Not doing everything right. Just showing up.

Remember, results don’t come from what we do once. They come from what we do consistently.

So let’s make a commitment together:

✅ Complete the workouts

✅ Prioritize protein and water

✅ Get your steps in

✅ Celebrate every win, no matter how small

✅ Keep the promises you make to yourself

The goal isn’t just to finish Summer Shred. The goal is to become stronger, healthier, and more confident along the way.

This new program is everything I need in my life!!! After the little scare I had I finally got it done!! I am week late but I did it!! I am so proud of myself for showing up it was tough but I did it!!!

Not really sure how to start this, but here it goes.

My name is Vanessa, and I’m from Boston, Massachusetts. In March, I was diagnosed with follicular lymphoma. Since then, life has changed in ways I never expected. Between treatments, appointments, and trying to keep up with everyday life, I’ve been struggling to find myself again.

One of the hardest things has been getting back to the gym and feeling like “me.” Chemotherapy has put a lot of limitations on where I can go and what I can do physically, and some days it’s hard to find the motivation. This weekend, I signed up for the $14/month Shred program, hoping it might help me take some small steps forward and give me something positive to focus on.

I have an amazing partner and wonderful kids who are here for me every day, and I’m grateful beyond words. But even with all that love and support, there’s a loneliness that comes with cancer that’s difficult to explain unless you’ve lived it. Sometimes I feel like I’m carrying thoughts and emotions that nobody else can quite see.

I’m sharing this because I know I can’t be the only one feeling this way. If you’ve been through cancer treatment, struggled to find yourself again, or had to rebuild your confidence and strength from the ground up, I’d love to hear your story. Right now, I’m just trying to take things one day at a time and find my way back to myself.

Had a busy week and I was so tired today but I'm pushing thru my soreness and menstrual pain to relieve my stress. Can only give 30 minutes today so I am moving at my own pace and that's ok because I am always proud of myself for sticking with my routine. Sending good vibes and positivity to all the Queens out there. Let's start this new week off strong! 💪🏾 🙌🏾 ✨️
