Hey Queens! I hope all is well👑💖

Just wanted to share my monthly accountability post. To be honest, these past 2 weeks have been harder than anticipated and I got depressed. It was a setback in how often I've been working out and in how I have been eating. I havent checked the scale, but I can feel my body saying it is time to get back up again and work harder.

So here I am. Shedding light on my weakness, so I can be made strong again. Tonight I choose to do words of affirmation, and a 30 minute workout to get myself back into the groove of a steady routine.

P.s. For those who may have fallen off or feel behind in your journey as well. This is your reminder to keep going. It's not too late. The sooner you get back up, the sooner you'll achieve your breakthrough💪

Happy Monday! This workout was a great motivation to start my Monday. Fabiana while you were speaking those gems on family and friends I was responded to the TV saying "clock it" sis. My favorite part was 2026 is too late to start, start now. I love Queen Warriors!!!

Hi Queens! I did it! I remember re-starting the program on January 1, 2025 with no big expectations besides putting myself first. I am happy to say that as we are coming to the end of 2025, I exceeded my goal but the best part is how much I’m enjoying this journey! Keep going Queens, set those non-scale victories and everything else will fall into place. This type of intentionally has transferred into other parts of my life and I’m loving this version of me. 🙏🏾

Hi Queens,

Im a healthy 36 year old with no health issues, eat and drink well, not stressed etc...

I checked my period tracker app and I've come to realise I have had 15 periods this year each one lasting 9 days average with a shorter cycle (23-24 days).

I have made an appointment with my doctor but I was just curious to know if anyone else has the same experience, and if the doctors are going to say its down to my training.

Any advise or experience is welcomed ❤️
