I love this so much!! I feel the same way!

My why is that I think investing in my physical and mental health is investing in not only my future by my children’s future. This is the foundation and it translates into every other aspect of my life. When I face tough challenges in life I think of all the hard workouts or runs I’ve been on and what I felt like when I thought I couldn’t keep going, and then I remember what it felt like to push through and finish. If I can show up for these workouts that means I’m showing up for my whole family and our future.

Proud of you!!! Also when I say I cry or almost cry almost every workout! It’s a very emotional journey putting yourself out there and chasing a better version of yourself! Look at us out here evolving 🫶🏽🤎

The have a section I think it is titled replays where you can find the past workouts and do them on your own time.

Thank you coaches! As a mother and law student I always have to catch the replays but you know what you can’t tell me not LIVE y’all make me feel so included and I almost cry every workout lol I don’t want to do it but yall make me believe in myself and push through. All of these workouts are translating to other aspects of my life and remind me during challenging time when I want to quit that I can do it. I know what it feels to be tired and push through!
