Stick with it girl! I definitely see a difference! And we are in the same boat! I am almost two months in but my first month I saw little to no change on the scale. I decided to get a flexible tape measure and track inches and you would be surprised at how many inches you’re probably losing! It gave me the motivation I needed to keep going despite not seeing huge changes on the scale.

Yeah I was going to say as time has gone on I have purchased a set of 10lb dumb bells and a three pack of resistance bands from Target! Everything was under $40 and I use in almost every workout! I do think I will purchase a set of 15lb soon though!

I think it depends. Right now I am on week three of the fit and thick collection and I would say most have a cool down but definitely not all

I think you have to try it and see how you feel. Personally I don’t like it because it makes me feel shaky and just on edge kind of but my husband loves it!

I needed this! After getting back into working out again this is EXACTLY what I needed!
