💪 What’s Your “WHY” Right Now?

Happy Wednesday Queens !!! Officially back home from Colombia and we are RIGHT BACK INTO IT !!! Back into the routine, back into my workout and my eating regime .

But one thing I wanted to talk about is our Why. As life goes on we slowly start to forget “WHY” we started what we once did because we felt it would help to get us closer to our goals !!!

We all started this journey for a reason—maybe to feel more confident, have more energy, set an example for our kids, or take control of our health.
