Oohhhh! This looks like a nice spot to pump those steps out! 🔥🫰🏼get it girl! I think I need a change of scenery for the purpose of my steps. I usually just do my neighborhood.

You’re welcome! Glad that I could help. 🥰

Congrats on your baby! 👶🏽Coach Jamila is currently pregnant and still doing workouts. I’d suggest following her routines. I hope this helps 🤍

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🔥🔥 great job!

😋🫰🏼🫰🏼🫰🏼 Yup! I do this same thing. And if I need a lil extra sweetener I sprinkle some cinnamon on top.

It’s definitely worth keeping! I’ve been here 2-3 years & I’ll never leave! I support everything the other ladies said. It definitely takes determination & consistency. Even if you “mess up” every day. ..KEEP GOING anyway! Don’t allow yourself to find little pockets of reasons to quit. And trust me ..I know it’s a battle because I STILL will try to find a reason why I “can’t today” …

I’ve always been a petite person and when I started this I got so many backhanded comments from those in my circle because I’m “skinny…why do I need to workout” blah blah blah…but the truth about it was that it didn’t matter that I was skinny. I didn’t like something about my body so I changed it. I’m a c section mama and ever since that major surgery I’ve had issue with weight around my belly where as I didn’t before. It bothered me.

Whatever your story is love..only you can change that. Block the noise out and focus no matter how many times you fall. This app & community has helped me mentally & physically. It’s helped me see changes in my body I never even thought that I could have. Including recovering my c- section issues (physical & mental ones). A nice lil butt butt being another accomplishment lol 🍑. The nutrition calls, the challenges, the motivational messages during the workouts. The uplifting motivation from women all across the world. The inclusion ….

Joining this community has also built up my endurance, strength and confidence in my personal AND work life. I could shout about how great QW is all day. I’ll try and drop my pics but if not I’ll tag you on the ones I already dropped. I pray our messages help you Queen. You got this! 🤍💪🏼👑🫶🏼

And did! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Great job Queen! 🔥

Arianna Peters Girl! I can be so hard on myself sometimes so it’s a daily reminder for me just about. You’re welcome Queen. 🤍
