I tried one of the 1 hour classes and enjoyed the vibe as well as how the class was broken up with the 2 minute break inbetween. Thank you for also speaking to my protein intake.

Maybe I just need to restructure what I’m doing. Before I was doing three 30 minute workouts per week. Now I’d be doing three 1 hour classes per week. This feels like overkill for what my personal goals are. I’d really appreciate any insight on this pls?
