I tried the 1 hour class. It was a great vibe. I thought it was just 1 hour of straight hiit but itโ€™s broken in half. Give one a try!

Yes! This was helpful. Thank you Fabi. I didnโ€™t realize the 1 hour classes were split in half. For example, I thought it was just 1 full hour of hiit. Thank you for clarifying. I tried one of the 1 hour classes and enjoyed the vibe as well as how the class was broken up with the 2 minute break inbetween. Thank you for also speaking to my protein intake.

Maybe I just need to restructure what Iโ€™m doing. Before I was doing three 30 minute workouts per week. Now Iโ€™d be doing three 1 hour classes per week. This feels like overkill for what my personal goals are. Iโ€™d really appreciate any insight on this pls?

Queen Warriors Customer Support Hi there. Iโ€™m loving what you all are doing with the 1 hour classes but I really liked the 30 minute classes more. It feels like they offered more variety. For context, Iโ€™m a petite person. QW has REALLY helped me reach body goals I never thought Iโ€™d see as I am a c section momma of two. The thing with the 1 hour classes is..they are mostly full body power or HIIT classes so Iโ€™m burning a lot of calories. I tend to focus more on power training / focused workouts simply to keep toned vs losing weight. I am 130lbs. I donโ€™t want to lose any more weight and I already have an issue consuming enough protein to maintain the weight Iโ€™m at. So, I try to choose the classes that are more focused on maintaining and building what I already have. The more recent 1 hour classes donโ€™t feel like they are offering me the option to choose like I had before. If youโ€™re planning to stick to the 1 hour classes can you maybe off more lower body power & booty outside of the hiit classes please?
