How do you keep track of your workouts on here? Is there a way to know what workout we do on what days? A log that keeps track, like this week you did: 2 or 6.
I didn’t do a QWs workout today but think I did 3-5 this week but I walked as much as I could in the real world 😁 not on my walking pad.
