Hi welcome! My tip is to just do if, try a workout, try a day of healthy eating. Follow the Queen Warriors on IG and the FB page, you can also follow Queens who motivate you here. When you start seeing little results you start doing more and start seeing bigger results. Document your progress, I have a cellphone photo album of my slow progress and that helps me.😊

I know that feeling of not finding something to wear or seeing that weight come back. I turned to Queen Warriors immediately after seeing this other me I was becoming and it’s been a challenge to be consistent but it’s the only thing that has worked for me. Do it with us, try those 3 workouts or more a week and little by little you will see it works but it’s something we have to do for ourselves daily. What we eat also matters it’s a lot of work but we are worth it!

I have friends and family who are not fit or interested in losing weight and they still rock their sexy dresses πŸ‘—. Attitude is everything, I remember thinking once, if am going to be chubby I’ll be sexy and chubby πŸ₯°! Sending you a hug and wishing you a great week ahead. πŸ’•

πŸ’•Thank you Queens!! In my 20s I read books like Fast Food Nation and try to avoid Fast Food but lately I have been eating it. I think all that helps I see 52 in my skin texture and neck so ladies take collagen now and use moisturizers. 😘☺️we can be healthy and sexy at any age especially when we have Queen Warriors. πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Sylvia Gonzalez wow that is a challenge but you know your body best and only do what feels safe. I modify a lot of the workouts like jumping am on the 2nd floor I can’t be jumping and that’s probably best for me anyway lol. Also, I’ve had a wrist injury for months so I can’t do weights or anything that requires my wrists. So I find something to replace that move with like ab work or squats.
