Look at some of the Queen Warrior’s Ultimate Transformation stories they are very inspiring!
I cut out some things from my daily diet and replaced them with healthier options, instead of soda, flavored sparkling water. Portion control and sticking to the serving size on the packaging.. serving size 3 cookies 160 calories or 22 chips 130 calories. I could easily eat 10 or more cookies or 50 chips but now I pay attention to those things as they add up.
Try some of the recipes here on the app, try different types of foods with less calories and that have more nutritional value.
