Yes, Queen, thank you for asking!! 😊just this morning I told my bff even though I lost over 15 days of work from the fires, I am ok today! 🙏🏼

I am about to do a workout! I realized that waiting for the live maybe my problem by that time am busy or not in the mood to workout, will try to start a morning routine.

Hi Queen,

I tried it once when a friend left it in my fridge from a visit, I didn’t care for it.

I did notice from that friend and one of my bff who was taking it that their neck looked bigger than usual, like the body builders neck, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno the incredible Hulk.

✅ Coach Raven’s 2/1 Dance.
I did it again because it’s just what I needed on a Sunday morning 💃🏻🥰
✅ Matcha 🍵 not coffee 🥴see how I do later, I love coffee ☕️.
✅ Protein smoothie with 1 scoop Orgain plant based chocolate powder, 1 cup Almond, Cashew, Macadamia Nut milk from Trader Joe’s, 1 spoon of peanut butter and frozen berries. It was the most delicious 😋 ever!
