Hi Queens 😊

A quick and easy meal! Peeled a zucchini with a carrot peeler, threw it in boiling water and made a delicious zucchini pasta 🍝 with 1 tablespoon of peanut sauce. πŸ˜‹

It was a great workout 😊thank you Aimee! See you 2/14 for yoga!

Hi Queens!

I have to get back to eating better, no more excuses, Queen Warriors has given me every tool I need to make it happen.

I heard a success story from a Queen named Sarah during Fabian’s call for her 12 week Reconstruction plan that I have missed 5 weeks but today I was ready to get back!

Her and Fabiana said things that really spoke to me so here I am about to do Coach Ravens workout and meal prep for tomorrow!

We can do this Queens!! πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ‘‘β€οΈ

Queens, I did 2!! The last 30 min of coach Ravens Power hour. A friend called and kept me talking for 30min. That’s ok am dead now πŸ₯΅ those 30 min were hard work πŸ˜“ πŸ’ͺ🏻.

Congratulations Queen and cheers to 1 cup of coffee β˜•οΈ instead of 2-3. At first, it’s hard but we can do it!! πŸ˜ƒ

I will try for 5-6 workouts a week! πŸ’žπŸ‘‘πŸ’ͺ🏽
