Hi Queens!

I had 1/2 an avocado and a tomato but 15 min later I needed more food asap.

A prepackaged salad with a hamburger patty. Having options helps!! I haven’t drank much water today, that’s also helps. Drink your water Queens! 💞✨🙌🏼

Hi Queen, they do on Friday mornings. I guess we weren’t showing up for live classes. Imagine teaching a live and no one shows up 😞😞. The replays are still great and they have a weekly schedule of the 2 live classes of the day.

Happy Tuesday Queens. We have fires 🔥 in my State so not so happy but let’s make the best of every day.

This year I joined 2 challenges! One is 4 weeks the other a 12 week. It’s a bit overwhelming but also making my lifestyle choices so easy!

Whatever works for us, let’s keep doing it!!

Happy New Year 😊✨!! Jump in and do a workout if you can’t do 30 min do 15 you’ll feel great after! Starting is the hardest part. I just did a 30 min full body with Fabiana 12/18 it was great!!
