That’s what I told my brother who lives in San Diego it’s a sad time but also a beautiful time seeing all the love we have for city and how we all jump in and help each other out. More winds are expected tonight but now we have a lot of help thank God for all of the firefighters showing up!

Stay safe 🙌🏼 we will get through this L.A., will be happy and joyful again. I need to get back to my workouts and hopefully back to work. One day this will be a bad memory with a lot of happy ones to replace it.

Thank you Queen. 🙏 my sister’s house in Pasadena was in a evacuation warning zone but they stayed with all their neighbors and watered their roofs and yards and thank God the fire stayed about 1-2 miles away. But there’s ashes and smoke all over. Some friends near the other fires were lucky the fires moved from their areas. We still have several more days of high winds. Praying for miracles. 🙏❤️ stay safe and thank you for your prayers.

In a daze, can’t sleep, can’t eat, can’t focus but life goes on so tomorrow if the weather permits am going to volunteer at an evacuation center for the Altadena Fire and during the week at an evacuation center for the Palisades Fire. You’re still young Queen!! I wish I was 39 lol, am 52 and with QW and all the Queens encouraging me with their before and after pictures really helped me, get back to a version of me I recognized. It took commitment, showing up 4-5 times a week and making the right food choice plus joining the Spring, Summer & Fall challenge and now I need to continue it’s not a diet, it has to be a lifestyle and some of us need more help but don’t give into the age thing.
