Hi Queens.

The 6 week challenge is over but our new healthy habits continue for breakfast am having a cashew yogurt with walnuts, peanuts, blueberries and strawberries and a hot turmeric and ginger tea.

For the Catholic community it’s a sad day our dear Pope Francis has passed away and am not very religious but growing up Catholic, believing in God, our Catholic Pope’s are special to us so today we mourn him and I feel it.
