Happy Sunday Queens.

A quick breakfast for on the go as I drive to work: Cashew yogurt mixed with berries and 2 tablespoons of chocolate protein!

Every little bit counts Queens we can do it.

Hi Queens 🙂

I was thinking of you/this community yesterday morning and then when I got to a work session I saw this Queen in the clients bathroom!!

Am trying to jump back into the workouts, luckily this week I have been home during the live workouts and they have been the best. Seeing all of you there, lifting each other up, I love it! I miss our Queen Fabiana but am so happy she’s vacationing with her family. 🥰

I have a 3pm session today but if I get home during the live I hope to see you there!

Hi Queens. Happy Sunday 😊.

This kalamata sourdough olive bread with steamed zucchini, sautéed with heirloom tomatoes, and feta cheese taste delicious. I should’ve only made one slice, but now I have an excuse to be active all day.
