If I watch Coach Alexis nutrition class on my TV app, does it still show that I showed up for it? I usually get on my cell just to comment but rather see her on my TV. 📺
I made it to 9 daily days of 30 min workouts and then during Mother’s Day weekend my body said nooooooo. I did notice a change in my body, I look healthier too. I worked out Monday did a 60 with Coach Amiee, yesterday, I was at the Disney Parks and got my steps in.
Today, am doing a workout as soon as I get home from work!! Sometimes I can’t wait for the live I need to do it as soon as possible to get it done but hope to see you all on a live sometime soon!!
Wondering if any of you have been stocking up on certain foods with all the uncertainty we’re hearing about with empty ports, and the possibility of empty shelves. I’ve been buying things on sale like this rolled oats $6 at Costco, what a deal! I’m a one income home and an independent contractor so I have to plan ahead. Also stocking up a little bit for my friends and family who are not doing it for themselves. Since I have been shopping almost daily I can tell you prices are seriously rising every day.
I sent my bffs a list but the list keeps growing. Let’s be ready for anything ladies, we are Queen Warriors and we got this!
Thanks to Coach Chasity saying she was working out daily for May, I am trying to do the same. Today is my 8th day!!! I didn’t want to workout but I did and am only doing 30 min workouts. I feel great after every workout and excited to see the difference 31 days can make.

Today, after doing yesterday’s 1st 30 minutes of Queen Fabiana’s class I was dead ☠️ omg. I didn’t have any energy to work out but I did a stretch workout with Yvona and it was amazing!!
