Hi Queens.

None scale win story. Today, I was feeling sad because a friends roommate/bestie who yesterday I found out was on life support, today they were taking her off life support 🥲. I was driving home from work eating a salad in traffic and suddenly wanted pizza 🍕 oh I was listening to Fabiana on the Recomp live weekly chat. I drove to the pizza place picked up 2 slices of my favorites and also got a homeless man 2 slices who I saw walking by. Drove home, did a 60 min workout and left my pizza slices for tomorrow. Am so proud of myself.

Hi Queens.

Had to share these pictures I found of me and my weight loss/weight gain journey from this year. Wow 😮 if it wasn’t for all of the challenges and the recomp program I don’t know how I would have managed to look better as I end the year.

I woke and jumped into a 60 min workout. Feels great to get a workout in to start my day. I may do the live too. Get your workouts in ladies.

Hi Queens happy Sunday.

Late breakfast an egg sandwich with guacamole salsa, feta cheese and plant based cheese.

I felt tired all week but today am feeling well rested and ready for a new week ahead. Let’s go ladies, we got this. 🥰

Hi Queens.

Hope you’re having a good week and seeing results from the LYC challenge or from being a Queen Warrior!

I wanted to share this picture of me and my Mom. She’s the one who told me about Queen Warriors and told me I had to find Fabiana online and thank God, I did!

After the pandemic my weight gain kept growing and I was aging rapidly. I joined QW in December 2020 and it’s been the best experience for me and my Mom 😁 because I text her pictures of my meals to encourage her to eat better and I share with her whatever information I learn from the nutrition classes with Coach Alexis.

Looking at these pictures side by side I know the results are due to the many challenges I have joined, the decompositions and for trying every day to make better eating choices and working out at least 3-4 times a week.

Keep going Queen, it’s not a diet it really is a lifestyle.

Thanks for your posts that really motivate me!

Hi Queens 👑

Hope you’re all well?! Happy Fall 2025 🍁 I’ve been house/dog sitting at my sisters for a week. I am still doing the challenge & getting my workouts in. I go home tomorrow, I can’t wait to meal prep.

Last week, I made a stuffed bell pepper it was so good but then I was a little overwhelmed by all the meat next time I will try a vegetarian or vegan version. If you have any ideas please share them.

Earlier my cell flashed a picture of me from a few years ago and it made me realize that’s why I am here! I need Queen Warriors, I see the difference, it’s not an over night thing for us over 50 but it’s possible! Keep working out ladies, keep moving and you will see the results 💪🏼 💃🏽.

Hi Queens,

Happy Wednesday. I haven’t started W2 but I will soon! I love seeing you ladies 1/2 way through 💪🏽👑go Queens! I worked out to Fabiana’s live on Monday and was hurting all day yesterday, got a 20 min walk in though ☺️.

Wanted to share these tools with you, they help sculpt the body. I’ve used the one I have 3 times in the last few months and always notice a little difference. I will start using it more often. These tools help lymphatic drainage, reducing inflammation & muscle stiffness. Look them up on YouTube and Amazon if interested, they work. I got mine at a Marshall’s and usually find these types of products there.

Hi Queens, hope you’re having a nice day.

I was hungry but didn’t want anything specific or big so I added chocolate plant based protein powder with water and a scoop of peanut butter to plain cashew yogurt, mixed it in a blender and added peaches, blueberries and peanuts. It was a perfect snack before dinner.

Hi Queens.

Here’s my egg sandwich for breakfast. I used Dave’s Killer Bread thin slices but just noticed all the sodium! Once in awhile it’s ok for me to eat that much sodium but I notice the inflammation it causes my body. Added a side of guacamole salsa from Trader Joe’s, which is amazing! And vegan mozzarella cheese with romaine lettuce it was delicious 😋.

I am not vegan, but I was a vegetarian for 10 years during my 20s and vegan for one year during my 30s so I tend to go back to that type of food choices every 2 to 3 days a week.

Have a great day ladies. Eat what makes you happy, try to make the best choices. Food is life. ♥️
