The new 1 hour classes are broken up into 2 workouts there’s an actual 2 minute break between classes.

Pilates with Sherrell was great! I had a long day and came home to the replay 1/2 way through I caught myself in the mirror and my long day was gone, I was smiling and looked perky it was amazing, the power of Pilates!

Coach Sherrell was very detailed am excited for the next class. Thank you! ❤️👑
