Hi Queen,

Look at some of the Queen Warrior’s Ultimate Transformation stories they are very inspiring!

I cut out some things from my daily diet and replaced them with healthier options, instead of soda, flavored sparkling water. Portion control and sticking to the serving size on the packaging.. serving size 3 cookies 160 calories or 22 chips 130 calories. I could easily eat 10 or more cookies or 50 chips but now I pay attention to those things as they add up.

Try some of the recipes here on the app, try different types of foods with less calories and that have more nutritional value.

There was a lot to read so I haven’t read it all but am sad to hear they won’t be available anymore. You don’t know what you have until it’s gone! As a business owner I do know we need to make changes to grow and make our business prosper.

Thank you, Queen! You’re welcome! There is information out there, but a lot of it is pushing us towards medication. Christiane Northrup is an author I like who has written about it in a book called “The Wisdom of Menopause”, and more women are talking about on IG. You can find information if you search for it. What seems to be working for me is a clean diet somewhat like a Mediterranean diet so the challenges are the only thing that have helped me lose weight having total discipline. The moment I stop working out or start eating like I have my whole life the weight comes on immediately and it’s harder to get rid off.

I highly recommend taking collagen now too before you get older. Wish I had :).

You’re still so young though so you got this!! 💞

Hi Queen it takes time to see progress and to change our lifestyle. Tracking calories for a few days may help, I notice a difference when I do.

My workout Saturday, my sisters grandsons, I barely carried the little one that weighs more than his older brother and ran with his brother up and down the block for about 15 min. Thanks to QWs I could keep up but today my whole body ached and this yoga really took my muscle aches away!

Hi 😊 If I don’t make the time for it I don’t see results and I lose the progress I was making that keeps me going. I also feel great afterwards. You can do it, little by little it gets easier. 🧘🏽‍♀️
