I’m going to miss you so much Raven Cruz you have been such an encouraging uplifting ray of sunshine! Even when you go through stuff you still show up for your queens and give us amazing workouts, kind words and at times tough love. You funny as hell! Sometimes I just be dying mid-workout at something you said. Your energy is infectious. I will continue to pray for you and your family and this new chapter in your career. God is using you in an incredible way; you have His anointing over your life to really pour into and lift up women though health and fitness. One day I hope I get to thank you in person for all that you poured into my life. May Hod bless you and keep you, may his face shine on you ans be gracious to you, may he turn his face toward you and give you peace. In Jesus name, amen💗

I was going to skip the last workout of the week since I started my cycle today and wasn’t feeling too hot and since I put in 2 extra 30 minute workouts on Monday and Tuesday, but I just couldn’t stand not to have that “check” mark next to the workout. I go to today’s workout and to my horror it’s a 1 hour full body HIIT😳😭. I pushed through, out of breath but made it to the end!!! #Team Raven Cruz #LYC Summer. Raven Cruz you almost killed me with the burpees at the end!😆. Now I’m gonna go enjoy a nice big protein shake and a hot shower. Goodnight Queens👑😊
