☀️Week 5, COME ON!!!! This has been an incredible month! Summer Shred 👙🍉 has been a great program that fit just right 👌😘 Th programs transformation was what we needed!

After some confusion of should I keep up with QW or should I join elsewhere 🛑 Today God gave me the sign.

1) On today’s Live I added a message that I had a rough week and that I needed positivity- immediately Fabi reacted and the chat support was amazing, thank you 🙏🏼

2) I joined the Insta Live and Fabi actually added me live

Now if this isn’t a sign, hmmm I don’t know what else. This is my community! This is my Support system! This is my groooove!

Great Saturday!!! Had a morning 3k run on my treadmill 🏃‍♀️! It was great seeing how nice you feel after ❤️ Helped my parents clean out their kitchen and Pantry so nice to see how beautiful it looked after! We have to stop and remember how blessed we are to have so may blessings all around us 🙏🏼
