It has been a great week πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ working out πŸ‹οΈ hit my full week with Tuesday & Thursday running my 3 miles! Today was a killer sweat!

Kicked off morning with

Snacking on fruit πŸ‰ Jicama & Watermelon yummm

This is definitely a sign. Thank God you listened to your body. You can definitely lower your numbers! I had pancreatitis a couple years ago and that was my wake up call to make changes ✝️ first to thank God I was alive and survived and 2) Food choices - no rice 🍚 no bread πŸ₯– no soda πŸ₯€ and 3) working out is my non negotiable πŸ€— you got this βœ”οΈ take your medication and take it 1 day at a time.

You got it! The mat is going to be your BFF πŸ’ͺ🏻 I use my faja - sweat belt and got some workout gloves that helps when doing HITT because your hands will sweat πŸ˜₯ and I would be careful not to injure yourself. I got them at Marshall’s and off SHEIN. SHEIN has so many workout options. Welcome!!!

Happy Wednesday!!!! Had a productive day with some delicious meals!

Morning green tea and chai tea and my yogurt 🍦 with blueberries 🫐 and honey 🍯 yummmm and cafecito for breakfast

Lunch was this delicious ham sandwich πŸ₯ͺ on low cal bread and sweet potatoes chips!

Some cucumber πŸ₯’ and Jicama with Tajin Yum 🀀

Dinner was mini Burito steak , beans 🫘 avacado πŸ₯‘ before my workout

And closing the night with my strawberry πŸ“ cinnamon 🀎protein shake πŸ”₯

πŸ’FABI⚑️πŸ”₯🩷Loved the workout πŸ‹οΈ and the music had me feeling that Latina vibe!!!!

Love them also!!! Yvonne and Raven classes are my fav to get my morning going because Raven had the 30 min workout and 20 min rest and it was a quick 30 min workout πŸ‹οΈ perfect for my morning routine

My advice definitely do not miss tonight’s workout or you’ll feel it worse. Take some time and stretch , there are stretch videos on the app, even if you do it for 15 min. I normally walk 15 min on my treadmill before the workout to warm up, but definitely stretchπŸŽ€πŸ’ͺ🏻You got this!
