🚨TRANSPARENCY TIME 🚨

The picture on the left was taken in August of 2023. The picture on the right was taken this week. I’m sharing this not for sympathy, but sometimes we as women are so good at beating ourselves up & pointing out every flaw. These photos are a reminder that life happens to all of us (including your coaches). As Queen Warriors, we don’t quit or throw in the towel… we fight, stay grounded and push through!

IT’S A WEDNESDAY TAKEOVER 🔥🔥🔥

While our Queen Fabi is on vacation, I’ll be taking over her mid-week HIIT and booty blaster class. We’re keeping things normal, at 7:30pm we have a high energy HIIT & NO EQUIPMENT is needed. Then at 8pm, join me with your dumbbells, resistance bands (and an optional chair or workout bench) for a killer booty blaster where we’ll work on strengthening and building these glutes.
