Congratulations on your new blessing! Also, kudos to you for setting a goal to stay active during your pregnancy.

(Disclaimer: I am not a pre/postnatal certified trainer, please be sure to listen to the advice of your OBGYN).

Incorporating modifications was huge for me! Be cautious of certain exercises (like crunches, planks, certain exercises which require explosive movements). Most of all, listen to your body. There are some moments where you’ll have all the energy in the world - other times, your baby will need you to take it easy. Don’t take rest as a form of weakness, you’re growing a whole human! Continue to stay hydrated, and nourish your body.
