Hey sis! Don’t let that scale fool you! So often we get caught up in what the scale says, but our bodies are making notable changes! (Clothes getting looser, change in energy, increased strength & stamina).

Hey Queen! So these pictures are about two and a half years apart. But I remember seeing changes in my body after two months of consistent training (Queen Warrior workouts 3x a week, walking daily, keeping track with my nutrition).

Honestly, by joining this program and doing HIIT workouts 3x a week. πŸ€—

That was a great start because I really wanted to establish a routine where exercise became a part of my daily lifestyle.

From there, I increased my workouts to 4x a week and then I eventually added weights
