You can do this, nutrition is your first major key. Coach Nay’s nutrition calls have been excellent with providing guidance on important concepts from gut health to protein intake (& many more)
Of course working out is important too. Take a variety of QW Classes. Each class has its own benefits.
But most of all, be patient with your body and give yourself grace. The results will come in time, but take it a day at a time. You’ll not only notice the physical changes, but the mental changes as well 🤗
