Ladies… I knew this was a beast mode kind of workout, but the soreness I’m feeling in my legs is crazy… AND IT’S BEEN TWO DAYS 😭😭

Hey sis! Don’t let that scale fool you! So often we get caught up in what the scale says, but our bodies are making notable changes! (Clothes getting looser, change in energy, increased strength & stamina).

Hey Queen! So these pictures are about two and a half years apart. But I remember seeing changes in my body after two months of consistent training (Queen Warrior workouts 3x a week, walking daily, keeping track with my nutrition).
