The small changes you make when you’re going through these stressful times will turn into long term victories.

For me, I’m an emotional eater. So when I’m stressed, I usually dive into the biggest bag of Salt and vinegar chips I can find. This journey has taught me that I can be in control of my mind and body - while I may still have a bag of chips here and there, I don’t have to give in all the time.

Hey Queen - first, you don’t have to apologize for venting here. Consider this a safe space for you, especially because there are other women who have been through/are currently going through a similar experience.

I wanted to point out one thing you said, ‘I get on my grind for a week … and then life happens to you’. It’s amazing that you’ve had days of hard work and consistency! The reality is, life is going to keep happening. We gotta work these jobs and deal with other issues. But I challenge you to find one thing you can do when you feel the stress coming on. When you’re having a bad day - challenge yourself to go for a walk, even if you can’t get a full workout in.
