QUEENS! Let’s continue the hustle and pursuit toward bettering ourselves TODAY @ 5 & 5:30pm. We have an upper body HIIT and booty blaster class… let’s just say I’m back and well rested from vacation, so im ready to put in work! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I’m excited to put in work with you ladies at the very top of the week. I’ll see you at 5:00pm for a lower body power session - followed by a beginner core session that will target our deep core muscles 🤗
