You are correct . The $14 is for non members and also members who’s yearly subscription is coming to an end .

If you have a yearly subscription you must complete that yearly subscription and then rejoin after .

But yes it’s access to QW w a monthly subscription

Hey babes this makes me excited. Weights are phenomenal for us Queens. It helps us to build muscle but most importantly keep what we currently have. I would start with lighter ones, 5,10,15 and once you are ready and comfortable to increase then focusin on increasing. At first it will feel hard and uncomfortable but stay consistent n keep showing up !

Hey babes, thats AMAZING !!!! So proud of you to be staying consisten w the crazy weather. If you are starting to notice the booty shrinking is because you are not having enough protein. Protein is a huge source for your muscle growth . You want to be having 1gram per lb of weight . So if you weight 140lbs then 140g of protein. 20 mins slow steady cardio is great. If you are running or going super fast then i would recommend to do it incline and slower pace .
