Progress update queens! Start of my journey July 2025 to current August 2026! I feel toned and strong mentally and physically. I’m so proud of the woman standing in the mirror. Her cup is full to the max. Consistency is progress may be slow at times but those photos speak life! Keep pushing, keep trusting the process it’s all worth it! Love that Queen Warrior!
