My beautiful queen. We are here with you . Our bodies may change, but who we are and who God created us to be never changes ! You are STRONG , COURAGEOUS, UNSTOPPABLE… and you can truly achieve anything you put your mind to . Do not let the enemy make you believe its not possible. You don’t have to be the woman you were at 20yrs old, you can be the woman you are today but healthier, and one that will prioritize herself !!! We adore you !!!

Wow !!!!!!! What a transformation !!! 🥹 this makes sooooo proud and super emotional ! I want woman to step into their greater self , everyday I aim to awaken the souls of my queens, by reminding them of their capabilities one workout at a time !!!! So freaking proud of you babes !!!!!
