Great answer Krystal. So where do you start …… great question . Honestly 3xs a week is a great balance. If you have never worked out, check out this program . Here is a beginner level program and perfect to get you started. You just follow the days that are schedule for week 1 . Fit them wherever in th week as long as its completed before Sunday . After you completed this program, if you feel confident to do intermediate go for it , and if you dont no worried, you can go to the fitness level and do any classes listed under beginner. You can do full body ; lower body; upper body or lower body and upper body (2xs a weeks)
