Usually when we transition from barely eating to eating normal it might feel like “wow , this is a lot of food for me . “ but remember you are working and also burning calories etc. During this journey is important that you are providing your body the nutrients it need. This is important so that you won’t loose your muscle mass in the process . You got this .

Awww Congratulations Queen !!! That’s soooooo exciting and what a beautiful chapter that is evolving !!!! I would recommend for you to get approval from your doctor prior, I am not a doctor and every pregnancy is different. Being active during pregnancy though is important. But speak to your doctor .

Wow this made me soooo emotional !!! I just want to take a moment and give Glory to God… because honestly this is His work. We are greatful and just humble to be part of everyone’s journey and to be able to make an impact. Truly when Queen Warrior was created was to really remove every single excuse that we create as woman ! We just cannot afford to continue overlooking ourselves and not take care of our temple. Our coaches are phenomenal and honestly we are truly grateful for the light and energy they all bring!!! Thank you for this beautiful message and I pray Queen Warriors continue to guide you during this impactful journey .

We not gonna focus on the past… time to grind and get back to it because YOU DESERVE it… so my advice is schedule your workout classes right on the Queen Warrior App … and then take a moment to schedule a 1 hour slot on your google or apple calendar. Remember what does not get schedule .. just doesn’t get done ! You got this boo

Hey boo. So grateful to have you back ! Last year did really feel like we got a beaten lol but 2025 is different. Utilize you QW app calendar and schedule your workouts for the week. Lets back on track like we never left. I would also take it a step further and use your google calendar or your apple calendar and schedule a 1 hour slot during your day dedicated to your workout. Set reminder and turn that alarm on babyyy and lets do this
