Tonight we are taking it back to OG 1 HIIT workout days !! I hope you are ready ! Come as you are…… just make sure you got the bonnet tight, the edges secure cuz its gonna BE A WORKOUT baby !!! lol

Cant wait to see you ladies tonight at 7:30pm ET !!
