Good Morning!

I didn't workout yesterday, I was SOOOO sick. I had on a shirt, a sweater, and a damn jacket 😆 under a blanket.. took a bunch of alka seltzer and woke up feeling much better! 🙌🏻

Hit this replay. Gotta love kids, they touched my Xtra heavy band so I used my heavy for this workout.

• added a 3rd round to the 2nd set.

Hi, not new. I've been with QW since 2021(I think) I lost weight the first round.. I stopped showing up bc had many babies and now I'm back since summer shred.

I'm Destiny.

My goal is to continue staying consistent and loving myself on this journey.

I came back to QW because I know it works since I've been on this journey before.
