Replayyy

But it does look yummy.

Lost me at the olives 😂

Same girl!

Heck yeah Queen!

Joannie so if your goal weight is 150lb, you want to try and aim for 150g of protein..

Today I consumed 163g of protein but I'm debating if I want yogurt 🤣 so it might go up 😜

If you eat a full breakfast, I wouldn't do the shakes. That's just me personally because you already are consuming food. Yes, I normally try to eat fruits but my kids eat them all before I get a chance 🤣

Yes weighing your food helps so much, especially if you ever hit a plateau. You can tweak it by adding/subtracting calories and you know exactly how much you eat in a day.

Joannie okay, well normally you can do 1 gram of protein per pound of your goal weight. I'm not sure if you officially track your food.

I try to eat whole foods. I'll have protein bars if I'm on the go and need something to eat. I'll eat them if it's that time of the month and want something sweet. I'll also eat one if I'm still low on protein.

Yes, save it for dinner if you haven't hit you protein goal. Is the shake premade or is it powder?

For breakfast I'll alternate between a shake or protein coffee. Lunch I volume eat, I only eat what I can and save the rest for later. If I'm still hungry bam i got food that's already accounted for 😅 girl math 🥳

My go to meal since June has been turkey and rice 💪🏻 so good

What is your protein goal? How close do you get to that goal?

If it was me, since you eat a full breakfast I wouldn't do the shake.

I'd save the shake for days you don't feel as hungry but still need to hit your protein.
