This workout has lived rent free in my head since it was posted. I enjoyed this sooo much I decided to run it back here on Christmas. Still waiting for Coach Jamila to run another one of these class. QW wa everything j needed today. The message the music and the burn. Activated some muscle groups I have not felt in a while, I know i am going to be sore and I love it ( for now...lol) first class I am doing with raven only 30mins but a good 30 mins exactly what I want to work today. I love the amazing opportunities for movement here at QW

Coaches and QW Customer Support help this sister out PLEASE . These push ups ( that I HATE), when I do them, I occasionally have left clavicle pain. I know that is NOT right. I do Modified version because I am not yet able to tolerate my full body weight and I also dont make it as low for the same reason. Any form advice or tips?
