The best suggestion you already said it in you post. "Do what you can" as time goes by you will get stronger. I still can't do a push up but I am able to go lower now than when I started. Focus on you form to prevent injury add weights later. You will be sore but that will fade, you will be out of breath but that is ok. Keep doing it SLOWLY!!! Don't be shy to hit that rewind button if u need a few extra seconds to catch you breath the workout will still be good. Congrats on your new baby you performed a miracle creating life give you body grace!!! YOU GOT THIS QUEEN ๐ธ
