Accountability check in: Day 26 of 30 days of movement #NEW

I’m still here but I’m 4 days away!!! I haven’t stepped on a scale or measured my body again and I’ve been avoiding looking in the mirror because I know if I don’t see some sort of progress I will get discouraged. I DO feel better though. Overall, I’m getting through the movements of each workout better and even though my stomach is still super flabby and not where I want I can feel things changes and strengthening.

Got through the work out with Fabiana today - Abs and Booty course and HIIT with Raven Cruz 30 days is almost here and it’s only going to get better! I got this!

Accountability check in: Day 25 of 30 days of movement #NEW

I meal prepped for the boys and I today to get us ready for school and my first week of work! Yoooooo! I’m so ready!! I tell you one thing I wasn’t ready for today though, working out. I was thrashed by the end of the day. I sat on the couch and was thinking I’ll just watch me a little show and then I will workout but I heard Fabiana saying, “This is the year of no excuses! This is the year we show up for ourselves, sis!” And I was like yup okay let’s go.

I was tired as hell but I did it and I feel better and happy that I didn’t disappoint myself! I felt kind of doofy though because I’ve done week three day 4 of the glute course like three times
because the little check marks haven’t been ticked at the top. I got half way through before I realized it, haha. Hopefully that doesn’t mess anything up progress wise 😅

Accountability check in: DAY 24 of 30 days of movement #NEW *Late post*

This is a late post - my youngest is teething so it was a rough night. Up every 15 minutes to an hour.

We had a rest day today. We went to the park and played in the morning and later in afternoon went for a very light hike at a nature preserve near by. We had fun looking for animals and collecting flowers and searching out bugs.

Back to the QW workouts/gym today. I’m hoping niñito can sleep through the night.
