Accountability check in: Day 27 of 30 days of movement #NEW

Today was my first day of work!! Was able to bring the boys with me and they had a blast. A bit of a rough transition for the first hour but by the end of the shift niñito was crawling around and playing with toys and Sonny was playing ball with another child there.

Fabiana I found out I can do the body scan at work! I’m scheduled to do so on Friday. This way I can really track results.

I did my QW workout a little later than I wanted but as we get into a routine coming home from work everything will run a little more smoothly. I’m going to finish the Booty Blaster course on day 30! So excited! I’m like right at the finish line BUT this is just the beginning! Many more goals to be set along the way.

Accountability check in: Day 26 of 30 days of movement #NEW

I’m still here but I’m 4 days away!!! I haven’t stepped on a scale or measured my body again and I’ve been avoiding looking in the mirror because I know if I don’t see some sort of progress I will get discouraged. I DO feel better though. Overall, I’m getting through the movements of each workout better and even though my stomach is still super flabby and not where I want I can feel things changes and strengthening.

Got through the work out with Fabiana today - Abs and Booty course and HIIT with Raven Cruz 30 days is almost here and it’s only going to get better! I got this!

Accountability check in: Day 25 of 30 days of movement #NEW

I meal prepped for the boys and I today to get us ready for school and my first week of work! Yoooooo! I’m so ready!! I tell you one thing I wasn’t ready for today though, working out. I was thrashed by the end of the day. I sat on the couch and was thinking I’ll just watch me a little show and then I will workout but I heard Fabiana saying, “This is the year of no excuses! This is the year we show up for ourselves, sis!” And I was like yup okay let’s go.

I was tired as hell but I did it and I feel better and happy that I didn’t disappoint myself! I felt kind of doofy though because I’ve done week three day 4 of the glute course like three times
because the little check marks haven’t been ticked at the top. I got half way through before I realized it, haha. Hopefully that doesn’t mess anything up progress wise 😅

Accountability check in: DAY 24 of 30 days of movement #NEW *Late post*

This is a late post - my youngest is teething so it was a rough night. Up every 15 minutes to an hour.

We had a rest day today. We went to the park and played in the morning and later in afternoon went for a very light hike at a nature preserve near by. We had fun looking for animals and collecting flowers and searching out bugs.

Back to the QW workouts/gym today. I’m hoping niñito can sleep through the night.
