Coach Alexis I was complaining to a friend how I wished I had access to a nutrition coach and later that night I discovered you through the app. I love QW and I love the workouts and how accessible everything is for us… I will say this though - I felt like I was working HARD to shed the pounds but after diving deep and taking notes with your videos that one pound a day that Fabiana was talking about seemed effortless. I had a moment of weakness and made a couple bad decisions but staying on track and hitting that protein mark/learning when and how to eat the food on my plate was really the key. 01/09/2025 video with Coach Alexis goes over what foods to eat both post and pre workout. All of her live sessions are available for replay. Super digestible info and if you have questions you can just tap in on the comments, even on a replay, and coaches will get back to you.

That’s so sad!! We are here for you in the community app and Facebook too! I never have the opportunity to make the live classes and always am catching replays. One day I’ll align with the live schedule but I feel there is so much more than just live workouts that come along with the membership - nutrition coaching, emotional support, direct access to our coaches… I hope you change your mind and renew!
