Hey, Iām fairly new too and the comment from the customer support is obviously what you should go by but as a user that has experienced significant weight loss - I started out doing out 30 minutes of a workout followed by Fabianas booty and an blaster courses. So that totalled like 50 minutes. I would do this for three days in a row then one day of rest and repeat the cycle. Consistency is key. Keep showing up and watch Coach Alexis for nutritional questions. Dig deep into the mindset coaching with Jennifer Zoga and seriously utilize the community space and interact with our coaches as much as you can. I have never been a part of a community like this and I am telling you⦠itās more than fitness!! Welcome to the squad, girl!! You got this! Oh, one last thing, your diet is a major player. Try the recipes that are provided and make sure you keep your protein intake balanced and donāt skip meals! Tons of water⦠again you got this!! Canāt wait to see your before and after pictures!
