I worked out on Monday and Tuesday I woke up Tuesday with my thighs being sore but today omg my thighs is on fire they are so sore so I didn’t work out today. But also my goal is to lose my belly fat my stomach. I am thinking about taking a warm bath to help with the pain.

Yes yesterday I had zero sugar one and then I did slip up and had part of regular soda but I haven’t had one today yet I was craving one this morning but I ended up getting a Red Bull which no help either cuz it had sugars in it but now I am drinking water as right now haha.

This is how I look right now weighing 161.1lbs and I hate how I look. Today I did lower body work out and then I did part of full body workout but couldn’t even finished. I don’t know how I am going to do this and lose this weight. And also my biggest problem is drinking the soda like what am I suppose to do when I am craving it and it’s temptation. It’s my second day doing a workout video on here. I need help and the tips.
