I am looking at birthday pics of my son birthday and all I can see is my fat stomach and I hate how freaking look and I never finish what I start. I will
Start to work out one day and then I don’t finished. Also it’s my eating habits to and the soda… then I don’t know how much i honestly weigh because everytime I weigh myself it’s always something different.

So we get 1 cheat day on your cheat day do we still work out? And get 3 rest day ? What everyone Routine or schedule?

Yep I am just never going to learn I will work out 1-2 days and stopped and go back to my habits and like someone on here said to me if my eating habits don’t changed it don’t matter how much core work out I do I won’t see the results. And I am still drinking the soda and eating bad. I want to change I do I want to lose my weight I do but I don’t stick to it and I need Motivation and tips etc I just need someone.

I feel so defeated right now and ready just give up. So I worked out on Monday and Tuesday but then I didn’t worked out Wednesday -Sunday and I started working out again today but I get tired doing it the workout like I seem it’s hard workout or I am just not used to it . Especially the full body work out… like I want to lose my weight so bad my stomach fat and I just feel defeated.. then my eating habits is the worse like I will eat but then eat again I don’t even be hungry. Or I eat dinner at work at 5 with my resident but then I go home at 9 and eat again for dinner. I just don’t know. So with me being defeated on the workout and my eating habits… then I am trying to stay away from the soda. I need help. I feel
Like I ain’t gonna get anywhere.

I worked out on Monday and Tuesday I woke up Tuesday with my thighs being sore but today omg my thighs is on fire they are so sore so I didn’t work out today. But also my goal is to lose my belly fat my stomach. I am thinking about taking a warm bath to help with the pain.

This is how I look right now weighing 161.1lbs and I hate how I look. Today I did lower body work out and then I did part of full body workout but couldn’t even finished. I don’t know how I am going to do this and lose this weight. And also my biggest problem is drinking the soda like what am I suppose to do when I am craving it and it’s temptation. It’s my second day doing a workout video on here. I need help and the tips.
