Since you plan to work out in the mornings, the Replay section will be perfect for you. Many Queens simply choose a workout from the Latest Replays and go with the flow. The workouts are designed so you can mix them throughout the week. For example some upper body, lower body, glutes, or full body. You can also check the Calendar in the app to see what classes were done live and then watch those later as replays. Hi Queen 👑Welcome to the Queen Warriors community! We’re so excited to have you here. Great question! The workouts may include equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, or ankle weights, but please don’t worry, all equipment is optional. You can absolutely start with just your bodyweight and still get a great workout. Many Queens begin that way and add equipment later if they’d like. If you do plan to use weights, most beginners start with light to moderate dumbbells (around 3–10 lbs), but you can always adjust based on what feels comfortable for you. You can also check what equipment might be used by looking at the video description of each workout in the app before you start. Hi Queen! Great question! The Love Yourself Challenge – Renewed Edition is a separate on-demand program and isn’t included in the regular QW app subscription. Our LYC challenges are special limited-time experiences, which is why they’re offered separately. They include a full 6-week structured plan, coaching, community accountability, prizes, and special challenge resources, all designed to help Queens stay consistent and see real results together during that season.
