Hello Queen! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Occasionally, temporary glitches may occur during background maintenance, which can cause certain sections like the “Latest Replay” to display older videos. Please rest assured that we consistently monitor and address these issues promptly to ensure everything functions smoothly. At this time, the Latest Replay section has been updated and is operating as intended. You should now be able to access the most recent replays without issue. Hello Queen! Welcome to the community. We're so excited to have you with us! You can earn badges by completing your workouts through the QW mobile app (iOS or Android) or by using the web browser version. Just make sure you're logged into your account and playing the workouts directly from there.

💡 A few things to keep in mind:

Badges are awarded when your workouts are tracked consistently in the Calendar section.

You can take up to 2 rest days before your streak resets.

Watching from a Smart TV or casting device won’t currently trigger badges, but we’re actively working on making that possible!

And of course, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com if you need any help!

Hey Queen! So glad to hear you're feeling better and getting back to it! To check the monthly calendar and weekly live class schedule, simply head over to the "Calendar" section at the bottom of your QW app’s homepage. All upcoming live classes are listed there. If you missed a few classes and aren’t sure which ones, no worries. Just scroll to the "Latest Replay" section in the app. Each replay includes the date in the title, making it easy to track what you’ve missed.

Pro tip: Use the "Remind Me" option in the calendar to get notifications so you don’t miss a class (or at least know which one you did!).

If you need help with anything else, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com

Hey Queen! Great question! When tracking your workouts like Booty Blaster or any other session, it's totally okay to use a general setting like HIIT, Strength Training, or even Circuit Training, whichever best reflects the intensity and style of your workout. Every fitness watch is a little different, so choose the option that aligns most closely with your movement. The most important thing is staying consistent with your tracking method so you can see your progress over time. And remember, how you feel during and after your workout is just as valuable as the numbers on your screen. If you ever need help with settings or tracking tips, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com
