Hey Queens !! Happy Tuesday !!!! I wanted to take a moment to explain the badges as some have been expressing concerns on not getting their badge after a workout.
The badges are based on your calendar streak ( breaks) in a week. Below I will share 3 scenarios on how you can earn your badges while doing your workouts and taking breaks in between.
PS this is a new feature for Queen Warriors and there are a few small bugs but I promise we are working on it to improve it . This is just a 1.0 version😉
Scenario A: 3 workouts every other day with a break in between
Scenario B: 4 workouts or 3 workouts + mindset or Nutrition
Scenario C: 3 workouts with 2 days off in between .
