When streaming through smart TVs, this type of issue is often related to device performance, connection stability, or cached data rather than the workout itself. A few quick things you can try:

• Restart your TV (unplug for 1–2 minutes, then plug back in)

• Check your Wi-Fi connection strength

• Make sure your TV’s software is fully updated

• Log out and back into the app or reinstall it if possible
