Hey Queen! An email with all the important resources for the challenge — including the nutrition plan — was sent out yesterday at 12 PM ET, so be sure to check your inbox (and don’t forget to peek into your spam, junk, or promotions folder just in case it landed there). You may reach us through info@queenwarriors.com  so that we can manually send you the nutrition plan.

Hey Queen! When choosing a plant-based protein powder, consider options that combine multiple protein sources like pea, rice, or hemp to ensure a complete amino acid profile. Look for products with minimal added sugars and artificial ingredients, and check for certifications like USDA Organic or Non-GMO Project Verified to ensure quality. For personalized recommendations tailored to your specific dietary needs and fitness goals, feel free to reach out to our support team at info@queenwarriors.com.

Great question, Queen! A Sculpt class is typically a mix of strength training, bodyweight movements, and often blends in elements from Barre, Pilates, and sometimes yoga-inspired moves, all focused on toning, improving posture, and building lean strength. While Power and HIIT classes are amazing for cardio, endurance, and high-intensity calorie burn, Sculpt classes offer low-impact strength building with a strong emphasis on core, alignment, and muscle engagement. It’s a great way to challenge your body differently, prevent burnout, and support recovery while still getting an incredible workout. Think of it as a slower burn… but just as effective And if you ever want more help picking what’s best for your goals, feel free to email us to info@queenwarriors.com.

Hey Queen! Yes, you absolutely can refer a friend—how exciting!  However, to do this, you'll need to use a browser (not the app) and head over to the Queen Warriors TV website.

Here’s how to do it:

Visit https://queenwarriors.tv and log into your account.

On the top right corner, hover your mouse over “Manage Subscription.”

From the dropdown, click on “Account.”

You’ll then see a “Refer a Friend” option on that page—just like in the screenshot below!

Feel free to send us an email at info@queenwarriors.com if you need any help or have more questions.

Hey Queen! Thanks for reaching out. We totally get how important your music is for powering through those workouts! If you’re trying to play your iTunes (Apple Music) in the background while doing a QW workout and it suddenly stopped working, here are a few steps to help:

📱 iPhone/iPad Steps:

Start your music first through the Apple Music or iTunes app.

Then, open your QW app and start the workout video.

If the music stops once the video starts, swipe down (or up) to access your Control Center, and press Play on your music again.

Your music should now continue playing in the background while your workout video is running!

⚙️ Also check:

Make sure Silent Mode is off.

Ensure that Low Power Mode isn't interfering with background processes.

Keep your app updated to the latest version for best performance.

If it’s still not working, a quick device restart often helps reset background audio permissions.

And of course, if you continue having trouble, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com
