I so misunderstood Fabiana’s message and miss my workout this morning. My fault no one to blame, should have taken the time to read her message. I just read family funeral and just wanted her to know we support her even if she had to miss a day or two. I was so disappointed but I just completed the replay and had sweat dripping from all angles. Let’s go Summer Shred!!!! P.S Always trying to catch my breath when taking these pictures ☺️
